What is the standard sampling lead time and fee? ▾

Physical proof samples with custom artwork and color-changing effects usually take 5 to 8 business days. Sampling fees vary by base drinkware substrate (ceramic, aluminum, stainless steel) and are credited toward bulk mass production orders.

How durable is the color-changing effect over multiple washes? ▾

Our micro-encapsulated thermochromic and photochromic pigments are cured with industrial clear-coats. Hand-washing is strongly recommended for longest longevity (1,000+ thermal cycles). For commercial catering demands, we provide top-tier UV-cured formulations.

Do your materials comply with international food contact standards? ▾

Yes. All base bodies (BPA-free plastic, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel, lead-free ceramic, high-borosilicate glass) and exterior inks are formulated to pass FDA 21 CFR, LFGB, and EU 1935/2004 requirements. Test documentation is coordinated on a per-project basis.
