Silk Screen Printing Workshop

Facility Overview
Screen printing is one of Mugbaby’s core capabilities. Since 1989, we have built extensive experience in drinkware printing. Our team of more than 20 skilled technicians provides reliable customization for different materials, cup shapes, and designs. Screen printing is ideal for logos, spot-color graphics, multicolor designs, and special effects such as heat-sensitive, cold-sensitive, glow-in-the-dark, and UV-activated printing.
Offset Printing Workshop

Facility Overview
The offset printing workshop specializes in high-precision complex artwork, smooth color gradients, and full-wrap panoramic prints. Equipped with multi-color automatic curved offset presses and high-speed heat transfer film lines, it faithfully reproduces IP anime graphics, intricate commercial illustrations, and brand posters.
Injection Molding Workshop

Facility Overview
Our injection molding workshop has 12 high-speed machines ranging from 120 to 450 tons. Each machine is equipped with a robotic arm, with selected molds producing and removing up to four pieces per cycle. Designed according to clean production standards, the workshop provides efficient and consistent manufacturing for PP, PS, and other plastic drinkware. Our self-developed in-mold labeling (IML) process integrates printed labels with the cup during molding. Combined with color-changing materials and other printing techniques, we provide flexible support from sampling to mass production.
Packaging & Assembly Workshop

Facility Overview
The packaging workshop handles final product assembly, airtight seal validation, lint-free surface cleaning, custom retail box packaging, and master carton packing. Organized as a controlled clean zone, assembly technicians wear anti-static uniforms and gloves to eliminate fingerprints, lint, and secondary scratches.
Plate Making & Pre-Press Room

Facility Overview
The plate-making room is the engineering brain of our print production. Equipped with climate-controlled darkrooms, pneumatic precision screen stretchers, high-mesh Swiss bolting cloth, and direct-to-plate laser exposure systems, this facility oversees all screen fabrication and film output.

Operations & Lab Responsibilities
The factory operations center houses our product engineering team, international project managers, approved golden sample archives, and a dedicated physical testing lab. From initial inquiry, BOM breakdown, and pre-production golden sample sign-off to full production scheduling, every project is tracked against a strict reverse timeline.
